Scott Fussell serves as the Director of Education for CSL Management and coordinator of the Shelley Sutherland House Directors Institute. He’s served on the staff for Beta Theta Pi’s Administrative Office and has been a fraternity volunteer for the better part of the past twenty years. He currently serves on the Fraternity’s Board of Trustees.  

Scott is active in his church and leads The Shift Initiative, a local mental health and wellness nonprofit built to shift the way people think, talk, act, and care about mental health and wellness.  

Scott holds a degree in education from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Advanced Trainer of the Nurtured Heart Approach. He and his Delta Gamma wife, Sue, live in Fishers, Indiana. They are inspired daily by their daughter, Avery.
