Whether on campus or as part of an executive office staff, Marlon Gibson, Ph.D., has been a leader in the fraternity/sorority community for over two decades. He joined the team at Kappa Alpha Order in January 2020 as Director of Community Engagement. In this role, Dr. Gibson develops and facilitates the curriculum for educational initiatives related to the organization’s values. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi and is a seasoned higher education professional. He completed his doctorate at the University of Georgia in 2021. Prior to his time at UGA, he was the Director of Greek Life at Emory University. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Toledo. He is married to Dr. Sheree Williams Gibson, and they have a son, Adam Patrick.
